When it comes to burning fat and losing weight, the biggest thing that you have to deal with is motivation. You have to keep pushing yourself when you don’t want to workout, when you hurt, when you’re sore, when you feel like nothing is happening. If you keep pushing, you will success. However, how do you keep pushing?
There are many wants and some of my favorites are keeping a journal. When you get your thoughts out on paper or on the computer about what you are doing, you feel amazing about it. It really helps and it can even help in a more technical way. Keep track of some of your favorite fat burning exercises or the ones you have trouble with. This gives you something to aim for.
Another of my personal favorites has to be keeping a picture of a women you don’t know but who has the body you want. This is better than a celebrity because we are preconditioned to think that we can never be like them.
So use these and help yourself hit your goals!
